Pharmaceutical manufacturer Perrigo approached TCi (GB) Ltd to carry out a series of works at its Braunton facility.
A leading global pharmaceutical company, and the largest manufacturer of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products for the UK store brand market, Perrigo has operated this large scale production plant in North Devon since the acquisition of Wrafton Laboratories Limited in 2001.
The schedule included the modernisation of offices laboratories, meeting rooms and reception.
TCi carried out works to renovate the reception area, atrium and redundant hall space. Works were spread across the three individual areas, which did not flow from one space to the next. The aim was to modernise and improve the connection through the spaces into the main facility and maximise the availability of natural light. This was achieved by removing conventional walls and replacing them with large, frameless-glass partitions, and the installation of a new light-framed staircase.
