Safety – ALWAYS on the agenda
The safety culture is promoted from the very top of the business, including a focus on behavioural safety, with a fully trained behavioural safety champion, as well as an in-house mental-health first-aider.
With a comprehensive library of toolbox talks, safety briefings and good practice articles, Health & Safety is instilled throughout the business via internal communications, meeting agenda items and regular safety briefings.
All site operatives are CSCS qualified with business leaders holding certificates in IOSH managing or directing safely. Site managers hold SMSTS and supervisors SSSTS at a minimum.

Additionally has demonstrated full compliance with 6 modules of PAS 92
Waste Management
TCi works with waste contractors to target zero waste to landfill across the company. All waste streams are segregated on site.
