Jack Wheater – Project Manager
Jack’s previous, comprehensive experience in site management gives him the ability to visualise and communicate challenges and opportunities in buildability from the earliest concept and design stages. He has successfully delivered some of TCi’s largest modular builds to date, including a 182-bay welfare complex and 118-bay relocation, installation and refurbishment for major UK infrastructure developments.
Having dealt with an extremely broad range of stakeholder needs, he brings together an exceptional awareness and appreciation of client, public, regulatory, and supply-chain requirements, working collaboratively to reduce potential issues and overcome challenges.
He consistently achieves outstanding project outcomes through his enthusiasm for continuous improvement across safety, quality, and site efficiency.
Toby Martyn – Assistant Project Manager
Toby has successfully delivered multiple modular and temporary buildings for key clients, also gaining valuable experience on larger projects whilst supporting senior colleagues. He is an effective problem solver and his proactive, collaborative, determined approach has been recognised by supply chain and customers.
A former ‘Apprentice of the Year’ at the HPC Excellence awards, Toby is continuing his studies at degree level.
