Safety – ALWAYS on the agenda
With a comprehensive library of toolbox talks, safety briefings and good practice articles, Health & Safety is instilled throughout the business via internal communications, meeting agenda items and regular safety briefings.
All staff are CSCS qualified with business leaders holding certificates in IOSH managing or directing safely. Site managers hold SMSTS and supervisors SSSTS at a minimum.
The safety culture is promoted from the very top of the business, including a focus on behavioural safety, with a fully trained behavioural safety champion, as well as an in-house mental-health first-aider.

TCi is accredited by Achilles Building Confidence and has demonstrated compliance with CHAS standards in line with SSIP Core Criteria and UK H&S Legislation and has been awarded accreditation to the requirements of the CDM regulations 2015. Additionally has demonstrated full compliance with 6 modules of PAS 92
TCi works with waste contractors to target zero waste to landfill across the company. All waste streams are segregated on site.
