Jacob brings a wealth of experience gained within a variety of roles whilst completing high-end residential new builds and extensions, barn conversions, retail and leisure facilities, ASDA home shopping, large industrial, educational accommodation redevelopment for Oxford University, conservation and listed buildings, as well as residential and commercial internal fit outs. He has worked throughout RIBA stages as Principal Designer, liaising with clients, contractors and relevant local authorities and consultants. He has also gained experience at Hinkley Point C for 7 months aiding with draughtsman duties for Site Operations.

Alan has been responsible for the health & safety of projects within the nuclear licenced site boundaries. Primary function is the safe working, operation and delivery of projects, managed through the NNB/EDF systems, processes and standards. Project management & commercial experience provides him with an all-round competence of the construction and delivery process on site.
Built upon a wealth of site management experience, James has an excellent awareness for the safety and wellbeing of personnel on site, particularly within day-to-day situations where risk can easily arise from routine operations.
