Meet the Team

As an established leadership specialist, behavioural safety champion and experienced project manager, Alex heads up the senior management team at TCi, promoting a strong focus on management, communication and safety culture throughout the company. His expertise in nuclear, defence, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries enable him to advise the team and make decisions quickly and effectively to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Callum has a proven track record of successful delivery of complex construction projects.  His knowledge and ability allow him to work closely with clients, designers and specialist contractors in order to maximise project potential through collaboration.

Chris brings his experience in medium-scale building project design and execution to the TCi team, providing an overall project manager to the works. He identifies potential issues and risks in the delivery and provides solutions at every stage to keep work on track and exceed standards continuously.

With a meticulous approach to contract administration, subcontractor procurement, cost reporting and cashflow forecasting, James is ideally placed to direct and support projects commercially at every level. He is dedicated to achieving maximum value for the client and works closely with the entire supply chain to ensure risks and costs are distributed fairly and mitigated accordingly. He readily engages in exercises to ensure projects are comprehensively benchmarked and deliver to budget and programme.

Josh has a wide understanding of all site trades, health & safety and excellent customer service skills, to ensure projects are always delivered to the client’s satisfaction in a safe and efficient manner.

Jacob brings a wealth of experience gained within a variety of roles whilst completing high-end residential new builds and extensions, barn conversions, retail and leisure facilities, ASDA home shopping, large industrial, educational accommodation redevelopment for Oxford University, conservation and listed buildings, as well as residential and commercial internal fit outs. He has worked throughout RIBA stages as Principal Designer, liaising with clients, contractors and relevant local authorities and consultants. He has also gained experience at Hinkley Point C for 7 months aiding with draughtsman duties for Site Operations.

Jack is an excellent communicator and highly organised manager, dedicated to excellent client and contractor engagement whilst running an efficient and well-maintained site. He strives to incorporate best-practice from his experience across a wide range of industries and training.

Alan has been responsible for the health & safety of projects within the nuclear licenced site boundaries. Primary function is the safe working, operation and delivery of projects, managed through the NNB/EDF systems, processes and standards. Project management & commercial experience provides him with an all-round competence of the construction and delivery process on site.

Chris works closely with project management, commercial and site delivery personnel to see each project through from start to finish. He is a dedicated team player and an excellent supply chain manager, often identifying and troubleshooting problems long before they arise to keep programme and costs running smoothly.

Ralph’s drive and motivation to achieve value and quality throughout every project, consistently delivers best possible outcomes for clients and stakeholders. His attention to detail, market and contractual knowledge makes him a genuine asset to any engagement.

Richard follows each project carefully, providing expertise to the project team and collecting information at every stage to produce an in-depth handover portfolio on completion. His experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare environments and attention to detail make him an invaluable contributor to the delivery and handover of works.

Simon’s ability to communicate with staff and clients on every level enables him to deliver projects that exceed requirements, with emphasis on quality of work, control of noise and dust and adherence to high standards of site safety. His eye for detail and practical approach has established him as a key asset at the snagging stages of a project, supporting TCi’s ‘Zero Defect Workspace’ quality-led campaign.
