TCi is absolutely thrilled to have made the judges’ final cut for the prestigious CN Specialist Awards 2019
Known nationally as a leading FF&E supplier to the construction industry under the TCi furniture WORKS brand, the company also operates a specialist commercial build, fit-out and refurbishment division, TCi construction WORKS.
TCi construction WORKS operates throughout the South-West, providing high-end commercial construction and fit-out services with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, food manufacturing and hi-tech clean-room and containment environments.
Having delivered key contracts within military, nuclear and aviation environments, TCi construction WORKS has established itself as a specialist with impressive credentials.
Recent projects have included site-wide refurbishments for a major OTC pharmaceutical manufacturer, the building of the Central Production Kitchen for Hinkley Point C and several projects for Devon & Cornwall Constabulary.
TCi has a strong training culture and runs a successful apprenticeship scheme, bringing on bright talent within the business, so it’s great to see two TCi trainees on the shortlist!
The shortlisted entries are as follows:
- Finishing & Fit Out Specialist of the Year
- Apprentice of the Year (x2)
- Project of the Year by a Specialist Contractor (subcontract under £1m)
- Project of the Year by a Specialist Contractor (subcontract between £1m to £3m)
For the next stage, TCi and the apprentices will present to the judges, to expand on the written entries before attending the awards ceremony at the Grosvenor Hotel in March. Competition is tough with many household names in the frame.
