Pre-start works began in October 2017 with the modular units being prepared by Ashby & Croft Ltd at their Nuneaton manufacturing site.

Site operations commenced in January 2018, preparing concrete foundations for the units and establishing the necessary utility points.

Lifting was provided by Select Plant Hire Ltd with Ainscough Ltd and started on 29th January. The modules were moved into position over 4 days, which included the installation of two elevators and two full-height access stairways.

Fit out commenced on 7th February, following the completion of the building installation and roof sealing processes. Joinery, followed by M&E services, plumbing, air conditioning, alarms and data were completed before floors and carpets were laid, the building cleaned and furniture installed by TCi furniture WORKS.
