TCi construction WORKS has been shortlisted for Project of the Year (<£10m)
The specialist construction team was selected to join finalists for refurbishments works at a 21,000m2 warehouse facility in Somerset. Stakeholder engagement and collaboration featured heavily in the project, as did value engineering and flexibility with the requirements of the client and end-users.
The 2020 National Building and Construction Awards ceremony will take place this month, having been significantly postponed by COVID-19 restrictions.
TCi has previously had success at the National Building Awards as a finalist for Project of the Year and Winner of Apprentice of the Year in 2019.
